Minister for Finance Welcomes New PFTAC Director

The Ministry of Finance recently organised a Strategic Plan Workshop, bringing together senior management and staff to reflect on the Ministry’s priorities, achievements and key areas of focus for the years ahead.
The workshop provided an important platform for constructive discussions on strengthening the Ministry’s strategic direction, improving organisational performance and ensuring that our programmes and activities remain aligned with the Government’s broader development priorities.
Participants also reviewed opportunities to enhance coordination across divisions, strengthen service delivery, improve efficiency and build a more results-focused approach to the Ministry’s work.
The discussions highlighted the importance of collaboration, accountability and innovation in delivering better outcomes for the people of Fiji.
