The Minister for Finance, Commerce and Business Development Hon. Esrom Immanuel today met with the Board of Directors of Air Terminal Services to discuss key governance matters and receive an update on the company’s financial performance.
During the meeting, the Minister and Board members discussed the importance of strong corporate governance, transparency, and accountability in ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of the organisation.
The Board also provided an overview of recent operational developments and outlined ongoing efforts to strengthen financial performance.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to working collaboratively to support the strategic objectives of Air Terminal Services and to ensure the organisation continues to deliver quality services to the tourism and aviation sector.
