Ministry of Finance Conducts Refresher Induction Training

The Ministry of Finance today concluded its two-day Refresher Induction Training for Staff, aimed at strengthening staff knowledge, reinforcing key procedures and ensuring a consistent understanding of the Ministry’s roles, responsibilities and expectations.

The training provided an opportunity for staff to refresh their understanding of the Ministry’s operations, share experiences, strengthen teamwork and enhance their capacity to effectively deliver quality services to the people of Fiji.

The Ministry remains committed to investing in its people and building a capable, professional and service-oriented workforce that can effectively support the Government’s priorities and national development goals.
