The Ministry of Finance successfully conducted a one-day in-house Leadership Training for Junior and Middle Executives on 18 February 2026 at Ro Lalabalavu House, Suva.
The training brought together 12 participants from various divisions and focused on strengthening leadership behaviours, decision-making, people management, and coaching skills. The interactive sessions aimed to enhance team leadership, build trust and credibility, and improve communication and problem-solving within the workplace.
The programme reflects the Ministry’s continued commitment to developing capable and confident leaders across all divisions.
