The joint Ministerial Western Division site visit concluded on a positive note with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation, together with the Minister for Finance, visiting the Fijian Drua headquarters to meet the club’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jeff Miller.
The visit provided an opportunity for Ministers to receive updates on the organisation’s progress, financial sustainability and the impact of Government support.
Discussions also explored future opportunities in sports tourism, player development pathways and infrastructure needs, reaffirming the Government’s continued support for the Fijian Drua’s growth and its contribution to Fiji’s economy and national pride.
