Christmas came early at the Ministry of Finance as we warmly welcomed a group of children from Rarama Road, Makoi, who are well known in their community for spreading festive cheer through Christmas carol singing during the holiday season.
The children were received by the Minister for Finance, Hon. Esrom Immanuel, who commended them for keeping alive the spirit of Christmas through song, unity, and goodwill.
As part of the visit, the Hon. Minister presented gifts to the children as a gesture of encouragement and appreciation, and extended his warm wishes for a joyful Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
He also wished the children every success as they prepare for the upcoming school year, encouraging them to remain committed to their education and personal growth.
The visit served as a timely reminder of the true meaning of Christmas — sharing, generosity, and strengthening community bonds — values that the Ministry of Finance is pleased to celebrate with the wider community during this festive period.
